CMS has increased Medicare SNF payment rates by 4.2% for FY 2025 last August, reflecting adjusted wage indexes and new SNF market basket analyses. Make sure to review your PDPM coding and billing workflows to ensure you’re capturing these enhanced reimbursement rates correctly before your next claim cycle.
